i have been trying to open the free warp on cubase 9 editor on the bottom but it docent even show
how do i fix that?

What Cubase derivative do you have? Is it Cubase Pro? Am I right you have Audio Part selected? Can you select the Audio event in the part? Then you should see all tabs in the Inspector.
Freewarp works on audio events (in the audio editor)…it isn’t possible in the part editor.
You could dissolve the part and then work on each event individually or you could bounce everything to a new audio event and then warp as a whole (though your edits between events would need tightening up before bouncing)
