Please look at this source material, bar 22-26 of the Clarinets.
And look at the condensed result.
Do you see anything that I am not seeing that could prevent only that specific accent from appearing? Everything else is condensing just fine!

Nothing except the slur…
What is wrong with the slur? They are both dashed…
Nothing Michele, it’s the only difference I see… Did you try deleting it? Just to see if it’s the killer…
I still don’t see the difference!
Deleting the slur doesn’t make the accent reappear!
Which means isn’t the killer… Let’s wait for a better detective!
Baffling condensing issues are almost impossible to diagnose from screenshots. You would be better served sharing a project that exemplifies the problem (even if it just a few measures).
I can’t share any of this publicly or I would’ve already done it.
Thanks @Alberto_Maria for your test. I will keep searching for clues.
FWIW, you can always cut the project down to just a dozen bars or so of just the clarinets, and you can use the functions under Write > Transform to scramble the pitches. As long as the resulting project still shows the issue, we can use it to investigate.
Let’s try with this:
Condensing Test.dorico (1.5 MB)
Strangely, deleting and then re-entering the measure (for both clarinets) makes it work…
Condensing Test.dorico (1,5 Mo)
But that doesn’t explain why it wasn’t working!
Your input paved the way to finding the reason behind that.
In Engrave Mode, in the original file, draw a lasso selection around the first dyad in the clarinets (the one with the missing accent).
In the Properties panel go to the Articulations section: see how the Offset Y property is not coherent. Deactivate that and the accent will reappear.
Now, select the accent and Alt/Option-down once, since I think it is slightly too close to the notehead. It will disappear, possibly because the two notes, in the uncondensed staves, have opposing stems.
Phew … !
Bravo! I would never have guessed that…
It disappears also with Alt+up, by the way! You just can’t move it.
