Accents in MIDI import?

I am importing some parts from MIDI. I was hoping that maybe this snare drum part would obligingly show up with accent marks on the notes that had very high velocities. I seem to remember this happening with something I imported in the past. Or am I imagining things?

I tried making sure that all the loud notes were velocity 127 and the others were much lower, but no dice so far.

Is there a way to make this happen? Not a big deal but would be handy.

Dorico doesn’t currently have the capability to create these kinds of articulations in MIDI import, but it’s definitely something we would like to add in future. It’s a bit tricky because it has to be able to tell the difference between an accent or a handful of successive accented notes and just a very loud passage!

Thank you for the answer, Daniel! I wouldn’t necessarily have expected this feature, but for some reason I thought I’d seen accents show up in something I imported.
It would be handy to be able to capture various additional details from MIDI that one is importing, in a customizable way. But probably most people are (luckily) not doing as much MIDI importing as I am.
