How can I place, with ties, also on the 2nd note an accent (>) and on the first note from the sixteenth an marcoto (^)

One way is to create two playing techniques and add them in note input mode, or before you tie. Another is using slurs instead of ties.

Or perhaps easier. Add a real marcato, and set pos in tie chain to last. Then, you only need one playing technique, the accents on the two first beats.
