A nice little retro one coming up… I’m running Cubase 14 Pro on windows 10 in a completely DAW setup with a large array of vst instruments. It’s all very sequence heavy and industrial. I keep having a nagging urge to twiddle and am considering an Access Virus Ti2. This is mainly because of the multi timbral aspect and obvious strong sound potential. Can I use the virus as an old school multi timbral instrument and simply have it running alongside everything else so that the track can be mixed down with the virus running multiple sequences into the audio interface? I’m not interested in recording down individual tracks off the virus as audio. Any help is appreciated before I waste the cash on a pointless purchase. TIA
Works fantastic for me. Only issue is you generally need to plug the USB directly into computer and not a hub (and many windows pcs have ports that actually are attached to an internal hub).
Generally works flawlessly… better than most recent software. Amazing considering the age.
