Hello. I accidentally purchased both the normal full version and the education version. Possible to have a refund?
See this thread:

The problem now is when i open dorico, it still shows up to buy full version. But clicking on it just clese the window. And i can use the dorico education. I want the normal full version. What should i do?
There is no difference between the “versions” – only the licence type (SE, Elements, Pro); and its cost (education, full, crossgrade, etc).
It sounds like you just need to make sure that the correct licence is active in the Steinberg Activation Manager.
Just to make sure i won’t end up with any future changes between these 2 versions. Can i get my account to activate the normal full version instead? My bank acc shows 1 of the returned payment. So only 1 payment made.
There is no education “version” – only a different price when you buy it.
You need to open the Activation Manager app and check that the correct licence is active; and that any others are disabled.
My ipd currently have Dorico Education and Dorico. Dorico Education works in engrave mode. The normal Dorico shows to activate when selecting engrave mode. But clicking on Full purchse just closes the window. How to i get the avtivation manager app?
Clicking restore purchases just closes the window but still shows this again if i select engrve mode.
Ah: OK. You’re talking about the iPad, not the desktop. Ignore my comments about the Activation Manager.
I was unaware that there is/was a separate Education app for the iPad, but it looks like it’s an old version with an earlier icon.
Check your purchases in your account to see what you’ve bought.
I’m sure someone from the Dorico team, who knows exactly what’s going on, will respond.
Contact Apple for a refund. Follow the instructions here:
