Accidentally Installed Modern Jazz Essentials without a license... how to remove?

Whenever I start up Cubase I get the error “Some content could not be loaded. Either, licenses are missing, ore trail licenses have expired.” How do I get rid of this? MJE is not listed in the HALion Library Manager.
