I was helping a friend input accordion notation into Dorico. Accordion notation requires the chord symbols to be between the staves in the grand stave. I know that can be set up in Layout Options for the entire layout, but is there a way to set it up in the individual instruments/players? Outside of that, it would be great if the Accordion instrument came in with the chords between the staves automatically.
In the score layout, you can select all the Accordion chord symbols and change the placement property to below.
In the Accordion part layout you can use the layout option for grand staff.
