So my MIDI controller in an Akai MPK88 and a common problem with them is that they kind of get a mind of their own and send midi signals without touching anything ie. changing the octave. its makes the controller completely unplayable. after updating the drivers on my computer the problem went away. now, after purchasing cubase i realized that you have to download acoustic agent separately ( should have come with it) and after i downloaded it and started it up my controller went back to the issues it was having before, like the exact moment i started acoustic agent . has anyone else had this sort of problem? i’ll update the drivers again but it seems like every time its going to destroy my controller. i shouldn’t have to do this again.
