However, clicking on this link in the email goes to a blank page. So what do I do now?
Yes, wifi is working and I am successfully connected to the internet.

Have you tried directly using Steinberg Licence Manager?
Also what OS and browser (in case it’s relevant).

OS catalina. It doesn’t work on either chrome or safari. If no one has a solution perhaps someone could let me have the email to a helpdesk that can assist? Thanks
Don’t worry – the Dorico team are very frequent visitors here. I’m sure one of them will reply soon.
There should be an app called Steinberg Activation Manager. (not licence manager, sorry.)
Launch that: it will ask you to sign in, and it may try to connect to a website, so possibly the same problem; but it’s worth trying.
However, I’m not sure what ‘verification’ of a ‘pending’ licence. Is this an education one, or a crossgrade, that you need to provide proof of something?
Well I entered the access code into the download assistant. The activation manager has a tick next to ‘Activated’ but next to that it says Dorico Pro 5 ‘verification pending - expires on 2024-20-29’.
