Activated Cubase Pro shows as trial

I have already paid for Cubase 14 Pro and installed it and activated it. However, I keep getting messages saying my trial is about to end.

In my Steinberg account, under products there are two Cubase 14 Pro listed. One is a trial and the other says “not activated on any devices.”

Is there anyway to fix this without completely uninstalling and installing again?

You can simply ignore it - this will stay this way till the end of the trial period. Afterwards, both your regular and the trial version will still shop up in your account. This has no influence on your activated license. There’s only one Cubse version on your system since the trial version is no different from the full version.
If you want the trial version to be visually removed from your account you have to contact support.

This is common. Once the Trial license expires, it will switch to the retail license automatically. No worries.
