I used to work with AI 8, i recently bouht online 9.5 and i can’t activate it in e-license, it just show my license from 8, when i put my code given by e-mail, it says “there is no license to improve” or something… i need help please, why is it happening? how can i activate it? 
Usually you get this message because you have bought the wrong update.
What exact 9.5 update did you buy?
