Activating free product: X-Stream

Hi

So, X-Stream is free. I clicked “Get it for free” link in my email that announced, that the instrument is free. Then I got another email with the title: “Your X-Stream Activation”.

When I click on “Show Steinberg licensing-based products” in my account it shows X-Stream. When I click it, it says: Not used on any computers

Does it mean, that I now have X-Stream and can use it in the future?

Yes, you now have a license that should also be listed in the Activation Manager where you can activate it. :smiley:

Thanks :smiley: I’m assuming that there is no deadline in doing so

Right. Once you own the license, it doesn’t matter when you actually install the software and activate it.
