Hi, just downloaded Groove Agent 4 Trial and am having issues with e-licensing. Whenever I have start GA4 it states that no valid licence is detected.
I already have a soft-elicencer number after downloading a Cubase AI product that came with an audio interface bundle- however, I can’t use the activation Code provided for Groove Agent as when I try and use it in my elicencer control centre it states that there is no elicencer connected to my computer which I can download my licence to. I have re-installed elicencer control centre and still doesn’t work.
Does this mean I need to purchase a USB elicencer or is there a way I can attach the GA4 to my existing (or a new) soft-elicencer?
