Since my mac doesn’t support Cubase Elements 11, I tried downloading Cubase 11.0.30 because I was told that would work but I have no idea how I am supposed to get a license for it since I never got emailed an activation code since downloading it.
What license do you have/bought? Are you using High Sierra? In my old macbook pro 2011 Cubase 11.0.30 Pro is the latest that can run (11.0.40 and 41 install but crash). You don’t need another license for 11.0.30 if you already have a 11 license.
Yeah I have a Cubase Elements 11 License and Im on a MACos 10.13.6 High Sierra but when I downloaded Cubase 11.0.30 using this link Cubase Pro 11 Downloads | Steinberg , It just says “No valid License found” as soon as I open it
This is for Cubase pro. You need Elements (you are using the links for the wrong version).
Uninstall it and install Cubase 11 elements 11.0.30 from here:
