Installed Cubase AI6 and am having difficulties with the activation code that came with the disc.
When I first entered the code a msg appeared saying it was out dated. I followed the instructions to the web site but a msg came saying the site could not be opened.
I completed a system update and then reopened the Cubase Elements App. Again it asked for the activation code and this time I received a msg saying the code was already used by someone else.
Does anyone on the forum know how to resolve this issue?
This is really frustrating.
