My laptop crashed that had my Cubase Elements 10.5 software. How can I get a replacement code for that?

First of all, I’m a user just like you. Not a Steinberg salesman.
Simple answer to your question: You can’t. Cubase 10.5 is gone unless you have got a physical usb eLicenser. The old eLicenser based licensing system is down since May 2025. You’ll find plenty of information online and here in the forum. I know - that sucks.
And now the good news. Sales are on. You can get an update to Elements 15 for just 29 €. If your Elements 10.5 version is registered with your MySteinberg account you can buy the update here

Otherwise, you must contact Steinberg’s support to get your license registered.
