Activation code not being emailed to me.

Can anyone enlighten me please? I’ve registered (several times) to receive the activation code for a trial run of Elements - I’m told “you will be emailed your code now” - and it doesn’t arrive. I’ve sent 2 messages to customer support - nothing back. I don’t really know where else to turn, any ideas?
