Hi everyone,
i finally received my cubase 8 today.
everything was doing fine until i entered my activation code:a message appears saying
my code is not unique 
the thing is,i already had this problem with cubase 7 and it has never been solved.
If you guys could help ,i’d really appreciate

I would suggest creating a support request from your MySteinberg account. Please be sure to include your operating system, activation code, and current SeL in the request.
Also, it sounds like your SeL may be damaged (that is what would typically have an error with the word “unique” in it).
Close all programs. Download this file:

Double-click on the downloaded file to start the reinstallation of the eLicenser Control Center. This should reset your SeL. I hope this information is helpful.
