I have bought a Yamaha mixer 166CX USB, with included the cd of Cubase AL 6, but it’s impossible to find the download access code as indicate in this link: https://www.steinberg.net/index.php?id=9085&L=1. In fact i can’t find the code in the owner’s manual or in other part of the bag: how i can resolve this trouble??

The seller ought to know where the download access code is located. If they do not know, maybe you should get a different box from them, see if it has code.
Contact Yamaha support and ask where the “download access code” should be located for that mixer. If they don’t know, maybe they can issue such a code, since Steinberg is a subsidiary of Yamaha.
