Activation Email for Steinberg Account

Hi,

I am trying to register my email with Steinberg so as to create an account and the download Cubase LE software that came with my Scarlett Solo Studio. However, I am not receiving a confirmation email in my inbox nor in my spam folder.

Please let me know what I can do to get this confirmation email.

Hi and welcome,

Make sure the mail is not in the Spam. Sometimes it happens, the email is deleted by the email service provider. Contact your local dealer/technical support, please. They can sed the email manually again.
