Activation limit reached, but shown as 'Not used on any device'

In the Steinberg Activation Manager (the one installed on my pc) it says Activation limit reached and it does not let me unlock Dorico.

But if I want to deactivate old devices in the online Self-Service it says: Dorico Pro 4: Not used on any device.

Is there something that I am missing?

Yes, I have seen it. But the issue is that in MySteinberg account it does not show any devices and it says Not used on any device.

Do you have the most up-to-date version of the Steinberg Activation Manager? The current version is 1.8.1, and you can download it from Steinberg Activation Manager | Steinberg

I’ve cleared down some of the older activations from your account, so hopefully you can activate it again now.
