Activation limit reached - yet I have no computers active

Hi there!
I recently made some computer changes and I wanted to re-install Dorico and set it up again.
My Steinberg Activation Manager shows this:

I followed the instructions (the “i” button) and wen’t to MySteinberg and see this:

How can I proceed?

I’ve reset your activations, so you should be able to activate again now.
