Activation manager doesn't sync up

Hello everyone I have cubase 15, windows 11. I have several licenses on my steinberg account, but I cannot synchronize them with the activation manager. I keep getting the “Steinberg license engine is not responding” sign. Even if I manage to get past this error, I end up in an account without my licenses. I spent half a day trying to figure it out. I can’t find a solution. I would appreciate it if you could help me! Thank you in advance

That means the Activation Manager is logged in with a different account than the one that contains your licenses.

What do you see in your mySteinberg Online Profile? If you see your licenses there you need to change the login of the Activation Manager.

I’m afraid that I’ve checked the accounts. And I’m logged on site and in manager in 1 account

So do you see the licenses in the online account?

If not it is probably the wrong account and in that case you need to get in touch with support.

I’m definitely in the right account. It’s the same account on the website and in the activation manager. However, the activation manager doesn’t display my licenses because the account synchronization is incorrect. My licenses are not visible there. This is the issue(

Tried reinstalling the manager?

I guess you have restarted your computer and also explicitly logged out of the Download Assistant as well as the Activation Manager and then logged in again?

If that doesn’t help you need to contact support.
