I just updated from Cubase 12 to Cubase 14.
I entered access in Download Assistant and Cubase is visible in My Products.
However, when I open Cubase, there is nothing in the Activation Manager. I reinstalled several times and logged in with the same ID. What’s the problem?

Click on the Activated tab on the left side of the Steinberg Activation Manager, please. What can you see?

you might have problems reaching one of our servers for some reason…
could you go into the top-right menu, create a diagnostic report and post it here?I might get an idea checking the logs.
