I am trying to activate a Dorico 6 installation on a second computer so that I can work in different locations. The Activation Manager opens the browser, but my login details are not recognised. On my first attempt, I was immediately informed that I had exceeded my login attempts and would have to wait hours. That was a few days ago. I tried again today and received a message saying there is no such account.
I have Dorico 6 running fine on my main computer and just updated to Version 6.1.10.6078 (Oct 8 2025), without issues.
I am running Windows 10 on both Rigs. Do you have any ideas how I can solve this?
I need to get this secondary rig up and running asap.
