I purchased C̶u̶b̶a̶s̶e̶ ̶L̶E̶ ̶1̶0̶ Cubase Elements 10 back in 2019, used it on a different computer - all good.
Decided to treat myself and purchase Cubase 13 pro since I was using LE almost every day. However the PC I used LE on was getting old so I upgraded to a new machine.
I picked the ‘upgrade’ option for payment, bought it, downloaded it, installed it, but when it came to activation it said no previous licenses could be found on my account. It’s the same email address/username I used but it wouldn’t show I previously owned LE10.
I copied in my activation code from LE to this new machine but I get a message saying “this code has already been used. Please contact customer support”.
Now Pro13 has locked up because it won’t accept my upgrade.
I sent a support ticket in about 15 days ago but have had no response.
Any suggestions?
