2 days ago I tried to activate the update from my Cubase 13 Pro to 14 Pro which I purchased on September 2025. Just did it in November because 13 Pro is running smooth and I still have no urgency to upgrade to 14 yet.
But when I have spare time finally I updated it. And this where disaster happened. The license activation keeps loading and cannot be activated, both in my system for Windows 10 and macbook air m1. All running in good internet connection and system, so 100% problem is not about that. I also try to reinstall and whatever, nothing works. On my PC once I succeeded to activated the license, but suddenly disabled again and again, and so on. On my macbook is worst, it keeps loading. I have redeemed the code on my download manager and no problem, but when it comes to activation manager, it’s stuck.
When I check to MySteinberg account the activation of cubase 14 pro is appear, but no registered pc / macbook to it. After 3 days, the problem still occur and it keeps loading and loading. Is it probably because the server problem from Cubase which now have released Cubase 15? Does this also happened to anyone?
