Activation problem

On januari 6 2015 I bought the Cubase Elements 7 update. I made a mistake in this order, because I bought an update from Cubase Elements 6 but I have Cubase LE 6.
Now I cannot activate my copy of Cubase Elements 7.

Can you please help me with this problem!?

You should probably go to your MySteinberg account and fill in a support request.

Hopefully they will swap you the correct license…it seems to even be the same price.
