activation problem

I’m trying to install on a Macbook. Install went fine but after inputting the activation code it tells me to update the Elicenser database. When I click update it tells me that there are other applications running - preventing the update to proceed.
But the only running app is Dorico… :exclamation:

What to do ?

You need to quit Dorico, which is using the eLicenser, then run the maintenance steps in eLCC.
