hello,
i recently purchased cubase 9 pro. i downloaded it from the steinberg website, and installed the software successfully. when i first entered the activation code i didn’t put the elisencer in yet (im not sure if thats the problem) and the activation was not complete. then i put the elisencer in and entered the ativation code again, and when i did that - the app told me that that code has already been used.
so i think that i in some way ‘‘corrupted’’ my activation code. i’m not sure. what should i do?
i can’t find the email support address in the steinberg website.
