When I try to activate my Cubade AI download which is bundled with my Steinberg UR22 l get the message ‘A communication problem occurred while accessing the licence server’. I have redownloaded the elicenser control centre. I am stuck. Cheers.
I would suggest connecting the computer directly to the modem. Be sure you do not have any anti-virus or firewall blocking the download. Also be sure you have installed (and are running) as Administrator. If you still have trouble I would suggest submitting a support request.
