What do I do when my activation license is not working. I have upgraded from Cubase 7 to 7.5. When I enter my code it says “no license to upgrade selectable”.

it means that you have bought the wrong upgrade / update. Either you don’t have Cubase 7 but rather Cubase Artist or Elements 7, or you have bought an upgrade from Artist or Elements and not an update from Cubase 7.
Check both the name of the license shown in the eLC and the name of the activation code you’ve received to see what is wrong.

You are right. I have Cubase LE AI 7. I have paid for the upgrade to 7.5. What do I need to do to get the proper upgrade activation license?
