Add a fermata followed by a breath mark / slur with breath mark in the middle

I don’t know if this has been implemented yet, but I was talking about this on reddit today and remembered to report. A few months back we had to transcribe a fuckton of scores that had this and I ended up having to print a screen shot of that breath mark and layer it atop every PDF we would export for printing.

Another stuff that showed up a lot was a slur with a breath mark in the middle, also impossible to do with Dorico.

I was in Dorico 3, so maybe that was fixed, IDK.

These two behaviors haven’t changed with 3.5.

A breath and a pause can live side by side but cannot be attached at precisely the same rhythmic position. Use the grid to put one fractionally after the other.
