Add combined tool to right click menu

need the combined tool in the right click tool menu,
now we have to reach to the upper window tool menu to select/unselect it

You can switch this option by hitting Alt + Shift + 1 Key Command.

its better for me then go all the way up to the tool menu, but i think its still needed in the right click tool menu
