Add effects to mic stream and output it back to UR22mkII

Hey
Is it possible to connect mic to UR22mkII, then connect it to a laptop, then add effects to a signal from the mic and then output the signal back to UR22mkII? So I can speak and hear my voice with the effects added.

Yes it is. You just need an additional software, that can route the signal and apply FX.
