Add MIDI Sends to Instrument and Sampler Tracks

Please.
It would be really nice to be able to trigger LFOTool or other plugins that take MIDI inputs from a MIDI send on an instrument or sampler track. The workaround is to use a separate MIDI track but that’s not as clean as it could be.
I’ll bet the code is already there, it just needs to be hooked up.

And also, once again: while we’re at it, please increase the number of MIDI sends from four to eight.

Make midi sends from only 4 to unlimited

+1 should be easy enough and there’s a need for it. In my case it’s to use Midikinetics composer tools.
