Add video Track is greyed out when an old Cubases 5.5 project is loaded

Hello everyone!

When I load a default project, I can import all videos via all the various methods.
But when I load up an old Cubase 5.5. project, I can not import the video anymore (only the audio is imported).
Also I can not drag and drop the video-file into cubase and the “add video track” is greyed out.
Can anyone help me please?

Hi and welcome,

Is it the very same video file? If yes, I would probably try to Back up Project first. Then I would try to import the video to the back upped Cubase project.
