Add Warning Dialog, "You are attempting to insert silence when some tracks are frozen tracks"

As above.

Obviously frozen tracks* won’t be split when inserting silence, though they often should be.

It’s easy to forget however when some tracks are frozen. It may be quite some time later that the user realizes that the track wasn’t split when the Insert Silence was activated, and that can cause a real headachy mess.

So a nice warning before proceeding with Insert Silence would prevent that.

Bonus points for the programmers: Highlight the tracks that are frozen when

  • Edit>Range>Insert Silence

is activated.
