This has never been a problem before. Whether I put the .dll file in the folder with the pre-installed plugins or create a path to it’s original location it will not appear. I have tried different plugins. This problem appeared when I reinstalled Windows. I Don’t know what version I had before, either Windows 8 or 10, now it’s 10.
