Hi Everyone,
I’m new to Cubasis, but love it so far. I currently run an iPad 2 with an IO Dock, and cannot seem to add my mic to hook up via the XLR connection.
What I’ve tried:
Add audio track.
Go to audio input & choose either Mono input 1 or 2. Nothing comes from the channel.
What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated for this noob.
i’m away from the setup but make sure you have the latest firmware update from the iODock…
in regards to cubasis make sure you have monitoring button turned on if you have direct monitoring turned off on the iODock
also ioDock need to have phantom power on if you’re using a mic that needs it… You can adjust the gain to taste.
i typically leave direct monitoring on so i can hear the sound without any latency but when you hit the monitor you should be able to hear a signal… you will have to disable monitoring button to hear in play back…
