You can write the note in another voice (I used Up-stem voice 2), suppress its playback, set the brackets, scale to cue size, and select the rests and choose menu Edit/Remove rests (that activates the End Voice property).
You can then copy the note to other places and transpose it as needed, and it will retain all this properties:
