So I’ve created two text pages (Title & Performance notes) at the begging of my jazz band arrangement, then another text page at the end. I created a page template for these with one page of blank music. But when I try to copy and paste music into that page, it will only show on the blank music page I created and not create any other music pages. Is there a way around this?

You’ve got manual overrides (red triangles) on every page, so every page is no longer following a template.
I’d suggest not adding your “Back Page” until the end. It seems to be stopping further page creation for your music. Probably because you made EVERY following page use that template (by selecting"From This Page Onwards".)
So every page has no music frame.
