I have my X-touch One working well after setting it up through the interface in Nuendo. However, one thing I would like to be able to do is to get track names and numbers sent to the Xtouch. I currently do that in a rather convoluted way by using the Sysex info sent by the WK-Audio legacy device; sending that to Bome MIDI translator which then send the correct Sysex to the X touch - it works well.
However, I would like to be a do it directly from Nuendo if possible so I don’t need to use WK-Audio. I saw a thread where an example script for sending names was shown, but I am just not good enough to be able to create a whole script for the device. So, I was wondering, is there any way to add some custom script to an already created script in Nuendo? Or do you have to build from scratch?
