additional ensemble bracket

Hello everyone,

Do we know if we can add an “ensemble bracket” (my term), like for an off-stage band, or many of Britten’s scores (War Requiem, etc)? I’m also attaching a screenshot from Sibelius to show what I’m talking about.

FYI my attachment is from a sib 7 screenshot, and I just made this manually (and would have to similarly manually place it on all subsequent pages). I’m switching over to Dorico now, but hoping that there’s a solution for this.

Hi George!
I am afraid that this is not possible yet in Dorico… You could probably fake it in another app once the work is finished (Affinity designor or alike…)
We know that something with group names is planned somehow, but with no details about how and when.

Thank you for your help! It’s probably a very, very low priority (I mean, after a certain point, things will just have to be faked…), but just wanted to check.
