This is not to revive the issue of layouts not syncing with scores on certain properties, but why is it that suffixes and prefixes update in part layouts, but alternative text in playing techniques doesn’t? That seems very counter-intuitive. Using alternative text is a great way to create such instructions as “arco tutti” after a solo segment in pizzicato for example. Using text instead can clutter the layout.
It’s probably a good idea for us to change this. I’ll add it to the backlog.
