Adjust note rhythmic value changed? (shift option left right arrow key)

I used to adjust note rhythmic value by an eighth note using this nice shortcut
shift option left right arrow key

But now it is a longer value. I must have done something I didn’t mean to. Any insight?

These key commands lengthen/shorten according to the current rhythmic grid. By default, that is set to eighth notes but you can change the rhythmic grid value freely, which I suspect you may have done at some point? or opened a project with a different value set.
