I hope the fucntion: cmd+option and drag an event with fades could be in the preference setup.
This is actually what I prefer to work with fades, not the preset one(trim clip will actually change the fade point) in Nuendo.
Or, if it could have a key command without using mouse drag so that I could setup a soft key on Avid S4 or in my stream deck:>
