Adjusting a track to Concert Pitch

I have a track that is at A-445 and I’d like to put it down to A-440. Using the Pitch adjustment tool, I just want to know if the ‘cents’ box is calibrated to frequency. IE: if my A-445 track becomes A-440 if I adjust it down to -5 cents.
I appreciate any help.

I assume you meant ‘down by’ instead of ‘to’. Anyway according to this it is -19.562 Cents.

1 Hz is nearly/roughly 4 cent
so nearly 20 cent down
from 445 Hz to 440 Hz
