In the following pic, when I select both frames downward using Opt-arrow, they move at different distances:
Try it yourself. Doesn’t seem to be project-specific.
For me, they appear to move differently, but when I stop moving, they line up correctly (visually and same value in Top).
Now it’s not doing it… sorry, ignore. Not sure what happened there.
